You can arrange to collect your order from our store for free. Your order will be available from 1pm on the following working day after payment has cleared.

 

During checkout please fill in the delivery address as normal and then when you get to the Delivery method section, select the option titled "In-store pickup - 20 Exchequer Street, Dublin 2 €0.00".

 

We can only release the package to the person whose name matches the billing name and address on the package. Please bring your credit card used to pay for the order OR a government-issued ID that matches the billing name and address on the package (such as a driver's license or passport).

ilovecarousel.com is an online service of Soma Clothing Limited, providing sales for personal use of clothing, footwear and accessories.
 
All image appearing on the site have been taken with great care, however the colour clarity may vary between the natural eye and your computer monitor. We cannot therefore guarantee the accuracy of the colour.
 
In order to purchase goods online, you must hold a valid debit or credit card. You should confirm that the information you supply to our website is accurate and complete and relates specifically to you, the customer. Placing an order:

By placing your order you have agreed to pay the price as stated, you will then receive a confirmation email from us stating your order has been received. You will receive a further email from us when you order has been despatched.
We will contact you via email if any of the items you ordered are not in stock, your debit/credit card will then be automatically refunded. Your order is accepted by us when you receive our email confirming your goods have been dispatched.
 
We may not accept your order if:
- The item ordered is out of stock.
- We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
- We find a product or pricing error.
- A product fails our internal quality checks.
- We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any time, at our sole discretion.

Payment:

All credit/debit card payments are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we will either cancel your order or seek payment by an alternative method. If this should result in a delay in dispatching your goods, we cannot be held responsible.
 
Payment methods include: Visa, MasterCard, Laser, Paypal Maestro, America Express, Delta and Solo. We do not hold your debit/credit card details on the website or our customer database.
 
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
